- This is a digital card,  the gift code will get emailed to you within 24hr of purchase

- You can email the gift code to your loved one further purchase on our website

- Validity, for 6 months from date of purchase

- Redeemable only on purchase made on our website Chidiyaa.com

- The gift card can not be exchanged for cash/credit note/gift vouchers

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. We ship the order within 2 to 3 days from the order placement date or otherwise as mentioned for the product. Since all our products are handmade and some made to order, there many be some delay in shipping, Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.

Shipping within India is FREE for prepaid orders. For International Shipping charges are calculated at the time of check out. The buyer is liable to pay custom duty (if any) directly to the courier partner, custom duty is country specific and we have very little control on it.

Once the packet is shipped it takes around 4 to 5 days to reach you.
