We accept returns of non-sale items that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached, if you reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. These returns will be eligible for store credit, so you can take your time choosing something that speaks to you.

Because each creation involves hours of thoughtful work, we do not offer refunds, except in cases of fulfillment errors—like missing items or an incorrect shipment.

Exchange Policy :
- The exchange query must be raised within 48Hrs from the date you received the parcel.
- The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
- Reverse pickup will be arranged by us once the query is raised.
- Shipping charges are not applicable in case of exchange
- The order once exchanged will not be eligible for exchange/ return again.
- The exchange order will be shipped within 2 working days of receiving the returned packet.
