I am frustrated with this brand. I bought a dress (pre-paid), it was big in size. I placed a request for replacement. The pick up took a lot of time. Pick up happened more than week ago but I haven’t received the exchange dress yet. I have been following up daily but no one responds over email or messages. Now, without even delivering the exchanged dress, the company has the audacity to ask about dress’s reviews. Unhappy with the service. I would rather prefer my money back rather than wait for half a month for a piece of clothing to be delivered to me. Thumbs down big time.
