Subject: Suggestion for Pre-Stitched Fall on Sarees

I’ve always admired the beautiful sarees from your collection, and I’m excited every time I receive one. However, I’ve noticed that sarees often arrive without the fall stitched, which delays the experience of wearing them right away.

It would be wonderful if you could consider offering sarees with the fall already stitched. This small addition would enhance the experience for your customers, allowing us to wear the sarees as soon as they arrive and fully enjoy their beauty. I believe it would increase the excitement and satisfaction for many saree lovers like me.

I learned about Chidiiya from a friend in Europe, who is an architect and she highly recommended them. I loved the designs and ordered 2 sarees of the same type, made from modal silk, but each had a different design and my order was fulfilled and delivered to Oman quite fast. However, one of the sarees was not what I ordered but after contacting Chidiiya, the mistake was rectified without any delay. Communication was easy and fast, after I sent the email, the representative contacted me via WhatsApp and via email as well and we figured out the issue together. The second sarree was delivered very fast.
I really admire the fabrics and designs, especially the handmade aspect that makes them more personal and unique. I will definitely order more in the future.
